Please read the important information below relating to your appointment and contact us as soon as possible with any queries.

Cancellations

We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for our clinic operations, we will try to do so. However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 24 hours, we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the clinic on 0191 2841355 and notify us as soon as possible. Where a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment and an alternative time cannot be arranged, payments that have been made will be refunded within 14 days. Where a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment and an alternative time cannot be arranged, payments that have been made will not be refunded.

If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete forms in the reception waiting area.
